The Saint James Trojans varsity boys
started off the 2014 season by defeating Spanish Fort High
School in their first match at the 14th Annual Southern Shootout
Tournament in Baldwin County. The match's lone goal
came from Coleman Taylor in the 30th minute of the first
half while the Saint James defense held strong to keep Spanish
Fort scoreless for the entire match. Saint James had
eight shots with five on goal and one corner kick.
Shaun Lewis had six saves and no goals allowed.
Spanish Fort managed 12 shots.
