Johnny Redding scored three touchdowns, one on an early 45 yard
interception return, and added a pair of two-point conversion runs
as well. Tommy Aplin scored on two long touchdown runs (as
part of his career high 172 yards rushing), and backup Lee
Schofield scored on a 93 yard run on the last play of the game as
Saint James won its first home game of the year, thrashing the
Lyman Ward Rangers 43 - 12.
Substitutes played the remainder of the game after Redding's third
touchdown on the opening drive of the third quarter.
Schofield's run was set up by an interception deep in Trojan
territory with only two seconds remaining in the game.
