Adam Mills hit four three pointers in a 7 minute stretch early in the first half, scoring 14 of his game
high 17 in that time frame, and added an old-time three point play late in the ballgame to help erase
a fourth quarter Wildcat lead as St. James defeated Trinity in a exciting game in front of a more than
standing room only crowd, 44-38.  Mills' second three pointer of the game at the end of the first quarter
gave St. James a 4 point lead, and his next two came in the first forty seconds of the second quarter.
He added a two point shot to give the Trojans an early 21-9 lead, but Trinity cut the lead to 5 by halftime.
Bart Eddins' old-time three point play brought the Wildcats to within 1 at the end of the third period,
and his two freethrows to begin the fourth period gave Trinity their only lead of the game at 31-30.
A few minutes later the score was tied at 34, before Taylor Nelson hit a turnaround shot and Mills'
late game three point play boosted the lead to five at 39-34, and the Wildcats would get no closer than
three the rest of the way.

in the second and third quarters as they doubled up the score on Trinity, 40-20.  Paige Redden's early
three pointer gave Trinity a lead, but it would be the only points they would score in the first quarter.
Karlin Beck's first basket tied the game at 5 in the second quarter, but the Trojans scored 14 of the next
16 points to pull away, and didn't allow another field goal in the second quarter.  Elizabeth Richards led

The Middle School Lady Trojans continued their strong season drive with a 7 point win over the Middle
School Lady Wildcats, a decidedly closer margin than their previous meeting.  Only 15 points were scored in
the first half.  St. James scored the first 7 in the third quarter to take a 15-7 lead, but Trinity roared back
with 7 of the next 10 points, the only Trojan basket a huge three pointer by Laura Ostrye.  Baskets by Ostrye
and Casey Johnson extended the lead to 7 midway through the fourth quarter, but Trinity's Alice McLemore
answered with two of her own to cut the lead back to 3.  St. James committed nine fouls in the third
quarter, but Trinity could not respond at the free throw line, missing front ends of one and one situations.
In the last minue of the game, Ostrye hit another three pointer to seal the victory for the Trojans.  Morgan
Mullen, fresh off a blistering 22 point performance against Catholic, made all four of her freethrows as part
of the third quarter 7-0 run.
